We had a ball at our Christmas Quiz! Lizzie was the Quiz-mistress and David, Steve and Julia organised all the food and trimmings! The annual World AIDS Day service at St John’s on Timberhill was beautiful. We sang “Let it Be” and “Climb Every Mountain” which included a solo introduction from Phil.
A small but beautifully formed contingent from Sing with Pride sang at the candle-lit No to Hate Vigil in front of the Forum.
Oh what a wonderful day we had! We had a flashmob performance the Forum; we sang on the steps of City Hall (and the crowd joined in with “Dancing Queen” which was luveeeerly!!) and we sang and sang all round the parade. What a day!! Here’s a great pic of us from David Cleverdon.
We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming Aneesa Choudhry to Norfolk for a special Sing with Pride workshop on 7th May. Aneesa will be teaching us Jazzy Asian Fusion and Vocal Percussion. We had the most amazing time performing with Kate O’Donnell in her brilliant show Big Girl’s Blouse at the New Wolsey Studio, Ipswich. We sang backing vocals on the song Stand By Your Trans. It was such a wonderful experience.
