We involve the whole choir in as much decision‐making as possible. We have regular whole choir meetings and update everyone with news each week during the tea break. The members select a Steering Group at the beginning of each year to help ensure the smooth running of the choir. This year’s Steering Group is: Andrew and Eugene (Co-Chairs & Secretary), David (Treasurer) and Stevie and Deborah (Members)

The appropriate Steering Group member will:

• Manage choir finances and pay any costs related to rehearsals and/or performances

• Book venues for rehearsals and events

• Organise and publicise performances

• Share feedback from consultations

• Manage the Sing with Pride website

• Arrange fundraising events including our stall at Norwich Pride and our popular Christmas Quiz
